The main production equipment introduction of medium width strip

The main equipment of 850mm medium wide strip production line includes: hot feed roller table, weighing roller table, steel pushing machine, hot storage heating furnace, steel tapping machine, furnace out transport roller table, high pressure water descaling system, roller table before roughing mill, roughing mill unit, roller table after roughing mill, cutting head and tail flying shear, finishing mill group, laminar cooling system, coiler unit, lifting weighing table, stepping beam, transport chain, finished product storage, etc.

1.Hot storage heating furnace

Billet size: thick 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, width :400~700mm

Slab length :6900mm; Furnace body length :28500mm;

Effective length of furnace :27500 mm

Outer width of furnace body :8500mm; Furnace inner width :7500mm;

Furnace type: heat storage  steel pushing type heating furnace;

Furnace heating capacity :120t/h(cold loading);

Fuel and heating value: blast furnace gas 750x4.18 kJ/m3;

Water pipe cooling method: vaporization cooling;

Billet  tapping temperature :1250°C-1300°C

2.Rough rolling mill unit

⑴ E1 vertical rolling mill:

Rolling pressure :1500kN; Main drive motor: 1 set  Z560-3C, 319kW

⑵ Two high reversing roughing mill:

Roller size :∅1050/950mm; Rolling speed :0～2.199～4.398m/s; Rolling pressure :12000kN; Pressing speed :0~12.5~30mm/s; Main drive motor :ZD315/1705500kW1;

Pressing down motor :ZZJ914, 112kW,1 piece

Control mode: Automatic position control (APC) function

3.Finish rolling mill unit

⑴ Finishing F1E vertical roll mill:

⑵ F1~F7 finishing
